I take your ideas and visions and make them a reality. Depending on what you order, the shipping time may vary.

Jewelry: 3-5 days from order date
Tumblers: 14-30 days from order date
Wall Art: 7-21 days from order date
T-shirts: 5-7 days from order date
Ready to ship tumblers: 1-3 business days from order date

Shipping times may stray from these time frames but these are the most accurate ranges for the time being.

If you need to place a rush order, please note in the comments of your order. Please keep in mind drying time for paint and epoxy may keep me from fulfilling a rush order. You are more than welcome to check out the ready to ship/pickup page of the website.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot except cancellations, exchanges, or returns of these orders.

If you are purchasing an item that is not custom, I will happily accept a return. However, you will be responsible for return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please send me an email at b.rose.cups.crafts@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product. I will do my best to remedy the situation.
